CIRCA 19THC. BRUSSELS LACE BERTHA COLLAR W/POINT DE GAZE. Quite a beautiful large Brussels lace collar with vignettes filled with Point De Gaze florals. These beautiful berthas were worn around the shoulders originally but they are also very versatile.This one can actually be use to add lace and create a shawl because it is a large piece and quite impressive. Measuring approx. 45" by 8" wide. The lace has it's original cream patina and seems unused. In good strong condition.
