CIRCA 1900,ROUND APPENZELL LINEN TABLECLOTH W/LADIES. A beautiful Appenzell lace linen round tablecloth.The cloth is quite exuberant in design with large shaped floral swag vignettes containing ladies in ornate dresses with lavish period hair styles and hats. There are masses of roses and garlands that connect all the large vignettes.Measuring approx. 34" round. The cloth is in very good condition and seems as if it was never used.The design is wonderful and the whitework embroidery is superb. A lovely item for the Appenzell collector.
