CIRCA 1550's, RARE ITALIAN EMBROIDERED RETICELLA LACE BORDER . I love this border!! Dating from the second half of the 16THC. and part of a museum collection that originally came from the "Collection Grand Maison de Blanc". Measuring approx.25" by 4 1/4" wide. Not only is it such a wonderful design but also just the fact that it has such age and is n such good strong condition. A wonderful lace for the early lace collector.
