CIRCA 19THC. BRUSSELS BOBBIN, NEEDLE LACE FLOUNCE. Excellent both in design and workmanship! A lovely flounce measuring approx. 152" by almost 8" wide. Centimeters approx. 368.08 cm by almost 20.32 cm. The thread is very fine on the flounce and the design has a elegant design. The lace has it's original cream patina and seems unused.Roses and other floral are abundant and finely worked with scrollwork in the intricate design and meandering vines throughout the lace.
