CIRCA 18THC. VENETIAN POINT PLAT LACE BORDER. This seems to be 18THC. Venetian Point Plat or it could be a bit later. Measuring approx.28" by 3 1/4".there are some small raised florals in the design. A few openings but overall in good strong condition.
