CIRCA 1860's, BEAUTIFUL BRUSSELS POINT DE GAZE BORDER. Excellent both in design and workmanship. Measuring approx. 16" by almost 6 1/2" wide.There are superb needlelace fillings, large roses with raised petals on this lovely example. In good condition, has a bit of attached edging on one end that just needs to be removed. A really fine piece, small but beautiful work. The lace has it's original cream patina.
