CIRCA 1890-1900, ORNATE NEEDLE LACE FLOUNCE W/FLOWERS. Quite a beautiful flowing design on this Needle lace. Excellent in design and also workmanship. Measuring approx.123" by 8" wide. In very good strong condition with original cream patina. Lace seems unused.
