CIRCA 1880-1900,LARGE IRISH CROCHET BERTHA LACE COLLAR. It is rare to find a Irish Crochet bertha collar this size. there is fine workmanship and a very pretty design. Collars like this were usually worn around the shoulders on the dresses of that period but this can also be worn as a Fischu or can be used so that it has a jabot at the front.
