EARLY 19THC. PULLED LACE BORDER W/POPPIES,BOWS.A interesting border of lace,seems early part of 1800's, perhaps earlier I am not sure.A ornate large scale design with scrolling florals,undulating foliage ,bows with a scalloped edge. The design seems to have poppies in the design. Measuring apprx.85 x 10 inches wide. In mainly very good strong condition ,there is one 2" rear on edge. some other scattered small openings and a seam. This might have been part of a early ladies gown or child's gown. (Item #AL634)
