LACE TABLECLOTH,THE DOGE PALACE W/VENETIAN PAINTERS,TITIAN,BOTTICELLI,VERONESE,GUIDO RENI. Quite a rare design on this wonderful Italian tablecloth measuring apprx. 122 by 74 inches across, centimeters 309.88cm by 187.96cm. There are twelve matching napkins that measure apprx.17". The cloth is quite lavish in decoration with a central ornate scrollwork design surrounded by a border that contains decorative urns and gryphons.surrounding that is more undulating scrollwork with larger scale cupids and urn overflowing with florals.A three inch border surrounds the cupids with flowing scrolling floral vines and elegant urns. In each corner there are large oval vignettes containing portraits of the painters and there are eight oval vignettes around the cloth there are images of paintings by the artists.One seems to be GuidoReni's "The Aurora", another "The Birth of Venus" by Boticelli, a vignette with the image of "Arachne" by Veronese. The tablecloth is in very good unused condition
