CIRCA 1800's, INFANT'S EMPIRE OPEN ROBE W/WHITEWORK EMBROIDERY. A lovely fine infant open back robe with delicate whitework embroidery on the sleeves,around the empire line with a wider border of whitework embroidery and pin tucking on the bottom of the gown. There are two tiny scalloped embroidered wings down each side of the front panel. The linen is crisp and fine and the hand work is superb.Measuring apprx.30" long. In very good strong condition, 2 very small spots need to be seen to , a couple of very very light spots on the bottom at the back.otherwise in very good strong condition. (Item #ACC231)
