CIRCA 1920,RARE FRENCH LACE BEDSPREAD W/PETIT POINT ROSES. Rare and unusual set made in France during the 1920's. This listing consists of one cream lace bedspread and one long pillow sham cover.Quite a beautiful set with masses of shirring and ruched work with central Filet design, lovely ornate Filet lace birds and superb vignettes filled with rose wreaths done in petit Point. Measuring apprx.93" down the center which is longer because of scalloped edges.othewise 80" by 79-80". The shawm measures apprx.90" by 29-30" wide. This set seems to be used. It came with a matching set but this listing is for one set only. In very good condition.(Item #ALB60)
