Circa 1890-1900, A beautiful cream lace chaise cover with lovely hand and machine laces in the design.A central medallion of Milanese lace is surrounded by assorted elegant ornamental laces,there is a wonderful lace with two ladies in landscaped garden,,a lovely lace with baskets of florals and a lovely assortment of laces throughout the chaise.There is a wide flounce with a trellis design and appliqué florals and leaf design edged with Milanese lace on three side and across the top and around the edges a Needle lace trim.The chaise cover is lined with luminous silk and edged all around with ribbon ruched rosette trim.Measuring apprx.56" down the middle which includes 9" ruffle by 54-55" with 9" ruffle on each side.In quite amazing condition,seems actually unused,there are a few tiny openings in ruffle,minor.This is a superb chaise cover in remarkable unused condition.
