CIRCA 1900,LARGE OVAL BRUSSELS PRINCESS LACE WEDDING VEIL.CIRCA 1900,a lovely cream Brussels Princess lace oval wedding veil with wax flowers and leaf tiara.Quite a amazing length,measuring apprx.almost 135-140" ,with two small silk covered buttons near bottom of veil that were used to lift veil up while bride danced which are easily removed as they were added on to the veil.The veil measures apprx.95-100" at widest part.The tiara is lightly attached and the veil has a inner comb so one could keep or detach.The cream satin lining is not part of this offering. The veil is in very good strong condition,worn once.there is one small spot and a few tiny pin prick openings near edge, all MINOR.Lace in those times were usually colored with thea infusions as cream was a popular color for lace..if one desires a veil white, hot water and suds witll bring this up.A lovely veil!(Item #ALV29)
