CIRCA 1900, LADIES SILK WARP PRINTED SILK BODICE AND SKIRT.A lovely blue silk warped two piece dress with wide cream stripes with a design of polychrome flower and rose swags.The bodice has a high neckline with scalloped lace .There is a inner boned cotton back laced waist band.Some of the waistband is torn,and cuffs were removed and a few splits in bodice..The skirt does not have a underskirt. In overall good condition, part of Metropolitan Museum deaccession. (Item #ALC31)
