CIRCA 1890-1900, BRUSSELS LACE SILK GOWN W/POINT DE GAZE.Circa late 1800's-1900,a very beautiful silk and silk chiffon gown with shaped oval train and decorate with Brussels lace. The Brussels lace has lovely three dimensional Point De gaze roses with 19-20 insertions of Brussels lace measuring apprx 6" by 7".The shirred sleeves and waist have garland of Point De Gaze roses A beautiful gown with inner silk lining ,ruching and chiffon ribbonwork.In very good,near mint condition, a few tiny spots, otherwise gown was well kept .Measuring apprx.60"down the front,85"long at the back,21-22" across chest,25-27" around waist.
