ELABORATE NEEDLE POINT TABLECLOTH W/ANIMALS,FIGURALS,BIRDS.A very unusual hand made lace tablecloth that came form a estate where most of the linens had coronets in the design and so part of a estate collection that had royal provenance. There are numerous Needle Point designs in this cloth measuring apprx. 55". There are apprx. SIXTY different designs,Mythological birds, figurals, cherubs, ,dragons, dogs,peacocks,deer, hunters, ladies in historical dress etc. and in between a trellis Cantu lace connecting all the designs with deep scalloped edges all around the cloth.In good condition.
