ORNATE SILK BEADED PANEL W/CHENILLE ROSES.Circa 1800's-1900's, excellent quality and design on this panel. Worked in chenille thread, silk threads and beads, a wonderful design of large roses,elongated leaves and flowing ribbon embroidery. Possibly by the great Parisian firm "Lesage" a main supplier to some of the great couture houses in Paris at the time.A luminous panel with crystal beading and hanging crystal drop beads. Measuring apprx. 37 1/4" by apprx 22-24". The main part with all the design is in very good condition, the plain part has stains and some openings,one can easily cut that part out.
