CIRCA 1800-1900,LOVELY LADIES SILK,LACE PETTICOAT EDGE. A voluminous silk skirt panel , with pointed scalloped design and ribbon work border at the top. A pretty design , with trellis insertion of Valencienne lace and a wider ruffle at the bottom of skirt panel. Measuring apprx 86" around at the top, but with masses of silk gathering and 15" wide. A few minor areas, overall good and strong as I have tested it.Great for costume, clothing or for dolls.(Item #ALC11)
