CIRCA 17TH C., A RARE MEZZO PUNTO LACE. A rare and lovely long wide border of Mezzo Punto lace. The lace was made using the finest flax thread, the design is aesthetically pleasing and the workmanship is very good. A lovely early lace for the collector. Measuring approx. 63" by 6 1/2" wide. Good condition, some age spots and a few minor openings. Overall the lace seems rarely used. Item #AL101)
