CIRCA 1830's LOVELY AYRSHIRE CHRISTENING GOWN W/BOTEH DESIGNS. A unusual christening gown with a very ornate bodice and amazing long scalloped panels on the sleeves entirely worked in Ayrshire work and a deep design of paisley or boteh designs on the skirt. Fine tiny bobbin lace adorns the neckline and sleeves.A couple of small repairs, otherwise very good condition. (Item #ACC18)
